To help run your Avon business as smoothly as possible, whilst finding new Customers and gaining maximum sales, make the most of the Business Tools available to you.

1. The Brochure

The Brochure is fantastic, our shop window that changes every three weeks, each time introducing new and innovative products.

As a Representative it is key to entice your Customers into our Brochure to generate orders, there are simple steps that you can take to achieve this.

Flag your Brochure Pages - If there is a special offer or a particular product that you want to draw attention to, try folding the page out into a 'kite' shape before posting through your Customers doors. This will automatically generate interest in this page as you have flagged it for your Customers.

If you cover(or have requested for a territory) a territory in your local area, ensure every home sees a Brochure, this can be achieved by either, - ordering a Brochure for every home or

- rotating the distribution of your Brochures through out the Campaign. E.g. Drop 25 off to some of your homes, and as you pick them up - redeliver the same Brochures with new Customer order forms to the next set of homes on your territory….all in the one journey reducing the time spent by yourself.

Remember only leave a Brochure 2-3 days to ensure it is returned to you.

2. Hello Tomorrow Magazine

Your special, Representative only magazine to order from! You will find all of your demonstration products here, along with all samples and sales aids available to order.

Please see 'Power of the product'(Training Section of your website) for full details on how to gain maximum sales from your Hello Tomorrow products and Samples.

As well as fantastic offers your Hello Tomorrow is packed full of tips and ideas every Campaign to increase your Success.

You will find training articles as well as stories from other Representatives.

PLEASE Make use of all Tips and information provided.

3. Your Customer Order Forms

Use the special message panel to draw attention to special offers, this could also be used for Customer incentives….For example… 'Spend £10 and receive xxxxx'

Always remember to highlight when you'll be picking the Brochure up and the delivery date.

Leave your details - If you miss the customer, they may call you with an order Highlight 'Leave the Brochure outside' to avoid missing your Brochure if the Customer is unavailable on the designated pick up day.

4. Your Representative Calling Book

Your Calling Book is a vital tool to keep record of where you have left your Brochures, and who is ordering.

You can also record the buying habits of the customers and any special requests. This makes your life as a Representative much easier, always ensuring that you can offer each Customer a tailored approach.

5. IRDP Flyer

This flyer conatin information of the 1st motivation tool AVON provides you to get you business on a flying start;

There are 2 different prizez for achieving certain levels of sales for the 1st six campaigns while you build your customer base and build your business.All the gifts help you to reach out more to your customers and for your use if you so wish.

There are two levels of achievements rewarded by AVON.

- Level 1 Achieve £148 and

- Level 2 Achieve £250 respectively. ie.

Attain any of the levels in your 1st and 2nd Campaigns, or/and 3rd and 4th Campaigns,or/and 5th and 6th campigns. You will get all the prizes for the campigns and respective levels achieved.

The level 2 is our own"recommended " in this team and it is achiveable.

Follow our training as on the video/audio you listened to or watched by writting your WDYK(WHO DO YOU KNOW) list.The list og 50 people you know.

Make yourself write 50 names on a paper( not on your head). Assuming 25 people on your list order £10 from AVON that is £250 sales order and that is Level 2.

Can you see how easy it is to achieve the level two?

And if you signed for territory in addition to the above you toss your brochures to all homes on in your terrtory, that is more sales. Can you see how easy this is.

What do I Need to do well as a Representative?

The qualities you need to have to do well are;

- Friendliness

- Reliability

- Flexibity

- Ambitious

To succeed in any thing in life you need to plan. Abraham lincohn says Give me 6 hours to fall a tree and i will use 4 hours shapeing the saw and fashioning how to fall it.

If you fail to plan , you have planned to fail. failure is inevitable for those that do not want to spend time in planning.

Be wise and take cue , so Plan Plan Plan even before your materials arrive.

You can listen to this or Read the procedure below;

1. Set Goals : How much do you want to earn ? £50, £100,

£200,£500 ....

2. Multiply how much you want to earn by 4( i.e 25% commision)

Assuming you want to earn £150 this campaign then you need

£150x4{£600} sales.

3. The next thing is to ask yourself the question of how to get

this sale. DO not fail to ask yourself this question. If you

do not ask yourself the question you will not see the answer.

"Only Askers get what they want so join them and ask

questions."

4. Write down the possible options you want to explore . This

team has a report that has been put together by Tinu

Olanrewaju, which you will receive after your first order has

been submitted. This booklet/ report will further help you.

But start with your WDYK list and your territory for the 1st

campaign.

Take this step first and let us see your assesss your

performance .

5. Take action .The difference between Achievers and Planners is

ACTION. So start acting by giving out your brochures

to the people on your list.
